Refund policy
We allow return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused. Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Misprints & Variations
Minor misprints/variations in dimensions, color, and design are not considered defects due to the handmade nature of our products. NewFeel Design reserves the right to refuse returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I return or exchange the item?
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. The return address is 40278 Riverbend Dr, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I get refunds after return?
Once we receive the returned product, we will check its condition and then issue a full refund. If the product is not in its original condition, we will work with you on further adjustments to the refund. Refunds generally take 1-7 days to process on our end. The timing of the credit depends on the payment option you chose.
