Shipping policy

Processing Time- Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 5 business days after acceptance and payment.

Make to Order -  After order confirmation and payment processing, the production of the item will start, with an expected fulfillment duration of 3-5 weeks. Please be aware that there could be a delay of about one week due to artisan availability and weather etc.

Cancellation -  Orders can only be canceled within a 24-hour window if not already shipped.
